Rensen - Hana no Koe Yowa, Yama ni Sumu Kami... pretty much anything drawn by Natsuki Sumeragi, whose fabulous artwork is clearly inspired by traditional Chinese ink painting.

From the top of my head:
Yamato Waki
Narita Minako
Ikeno Koi
Nakamura Rie
Yamauchi Naomi
Tachibana Kaimu
Ooya Kazumi-during the time she made QP (^_^)
Lately, I also started to appreciated the art by [a] Honda Keiko[/a] and Mochizuki Reiko as well-I used to don't like their art that much when I was just started on reading manga.

My favorite is Arina Tanemura's art--absolutely gorgeous. I really love how she draws the eyes, especially the detail. And how she designs the outfits.
Also, Naoko Takeuchi's art is really pretty and flowy. ^^
I love art from the author of Dengeki Daisy and Beast Master, I like how he draws the boys.
And also, the author of Vampire Knight and Merupuri's art is beautiful. Especially the eyes.

I dislike most shojo art, but you know Kyousuke Motomi can draw well. His art is quite good. I just wish he'd lay off on the screen tones a little. He always puts in author blurbs that he wants to make Dengeki Daisy more shojo-y, but I don't think it should be like that.

Higuchi Tachibana
Toma Rei
Yazawa Ai
Nakahara Aya
Suzuki Julietta
Hidaka Banri
Motomi Kyousuke
Overall, the art I like the best has clean lines.
I think that Nakamura Yoshiki does a fantastic job with eyes and faces full of expression. Her body proportions, though, are very odd and jarring, especially for men.
And I'm a detractor. I am not a fan of Tanemura Arina or Hino Matsuri. I find their styles much too busy and cluttered. I'm not one for excessively flowery panels.

I like [a]SAHARA Mizu [/a], LEE Hyeon-Sook , and SUGIURA Shiho
their different and prettier than the average shoujo manga art style(in my opinion).
