Yoo, I'm looking for some manga that has girl main character with a bit dark and tough personality.
Like Yuna in Kijimutan, Tsukimiya in Bloody Cross or Etoh Kizuna in Bird Cage Manor.

Oh yeah, but it's not the same as Archuid in Melty Blood or Misaki in Blood Alone.
A bit confusing eh?

Amamiya in Psyren has a pretty tough/stubborn/cold personality, and most of the female cast in this manga are pretty tough.
the females in Jormungand and Ordinary, and I mean ALL of them, have dark personalities if not tough. Well, they're all either weapon smugglers or mercenaries or assassins for hire.
Black Lagoon is pretty similar to the two aforementioned works
also, the female cast in Doubt (TONOGAI Yoshiki) are definitely dark if not borderline evil (but that's also a spoiler). they are not that tough, though.
I don't know if Claymore fits or not because though they're strong, the female protagonists seem to have some sense of justice and good, so not exactly dark
several girls in Narutaru get pretty psychotic later on and had somewhat dark personalities to begin with
Tista in the manga Tista is an assassin. Sometimes she is depicted as dark/psychotic (well, almost)
Anne Freaks - the female protagonist is pretty dark/calculating

Hellsing has Integra and later Celes (YMMV)
Battle Royale has Mitsuko the psycho bi---wait, is swearing for the 18+ section only or banned altogether?
Angel Sanctuary such a large cast with so many problems that you're bound to find someone who fits that description, (this may be a spoiler, or not: even the main character half counts)
I don't know if this is what you're looking for but Lady Snowblood was one of Tarantino's major inspirations for Kill Bill.
There's also the girl from Goth her personality is dark but rather frail, she gets into trouble a lot.

Ummm... actually I've already read Aflame Inferno, Jormungard, Ordinary, Black Lagoon, Doubt, Claymore, Tista, Hellsing, Battle Royale, Angel Sanctuary, and Goth.

And... Narutaru, I don't think this is what I seek. Maybe I'll try on Anne Freaks and Lady Snow Blood. Though I prefer the one with good artwork.
