I'm looking for a manga that first is like a shoujoy romance but then I'd like to see the couple marry and perhaps have kids. It'd also be nice to see the couple grow older or the story continues from the child's perspective. Thanks

Koucha Ouji's sequel, Koucha Ouji no Himegimi, is about their daughter and their daughter is also the friend of the main character in Sorairo Kaigan.

I second this, though it's BL, it had the shoujo feeling to it. And there even is the 'kids' part. It's a good read and I really recommend it.

Fruits Basket:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
They DO grow older together, even thou they don't appear it's told by their child (or grandchild?) perspective, no? Not sure about this part.
Kare Kano:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
It shows their lives as adults AND their childs. It doesn't show they growing older together, but the 'shoujoy romance', the marriage and the kids requirements appear.
So, both of them are ok too.

Boku no Hatsukoi o Kimi ni Sasagu spoilers:
I also recommend Get Love!! and Uwasa no Midori-kun!! (you will see marriage and kids, but not old age)
Get Love spoilers:

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
It's a happy ending for the couple. Takumi lives and marries Mayu and at the end scene you see them together with their two kids. It might have been labeled a tragedy because Teru died.
I also recommend Get Love!! and Uwasa no Midori-kun!! (you will see marriage and kids, but not old age)
Get Love spoilers:
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Obviously you see the two main characters married, and their kid is the main character in Uwasa no Midori kun. You see their marriage scene in the latter manga, but not in the original.
