Hello,
I am looking for a manga with a group of friends. I like the type of romantic comedy mangas that are based around a group of friends. The type where some chapters are about the main characters but than some chapters are about some side characters. Mangas like Special A do this although the side characters stories aren't showed to much. I would prefer on that isn't a group of oneshots with characters that relate to the first oneshot story but I am cool with those too. Mangas like Biyaku Cafe and Sekaiichi hatsukoi are two that I really enjoy for the reason that it switches.

Baccano! (Novel) -- Though I wouldn't call it a "romantic comedy," it has both comedy and romance. Ditto for Durarara!! (Novel), by the same author. They both have good anime adaptations out, if light novels aren't to your taste.

Double Call

Shinkuu Yuusetsu -- Light-hearted, but no comedy.

Honto Yajuu, Heart no Kakurega, Otome Youkai Zakuro -- Maybe. Haven't read any of them, though.

First off; sorry if thy're not exactly what you're looking for. But these series pretty much have the group of friends part. Most of them are comedy, and some have more romance than others.
Sket Dance is a shonen
Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo is a shonen
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun is shoujo
Gokusen is josei.
