Slow-Developing Romance

Any romance manga where the romance is really slow to develop across several volumes? Like, neither of the characters feel romantically (or know that they feel romantically) for a good long time... As in, for the entire first volume or even the first few volumes. The romance is so subtle that it even escapes the people who are involved in it, lol. I'm looking for a very gradual growth of mutual affection, so gradual that it's mostly subtext until the end.
What I'm looking for is:
-
NO confession or anything remotely like it for at least 2 volumes.
-
NO admission of feelings to friends/family for at least 1 volume.
-
NO internal self-realization of feelings for at least 1 volume.
-
NO kissing, holding hands etc. for at least 2 volumes, or more.
-
BUT at the end they end up together. 🙂
-
MINIMUM of 3 volumes total.
Any takers? 😀
Btw, any genre is fine.

LOL! This is interesting...~ XD Something I want as well... I was gonna say CardCaptor Sakura but:
a) You're more likely to have read it (Haven't seen your public list)
b) Not sure if that's the sort of manga you are looking for... =_=
c) Can't remember if they hold hands or anything in the first two volumes...
