I've just read the Other Boleyn Girl (not a manga though) and now i'm obsessed with kings, queens, princesses, princes, etc...
So now i'm looking for a manga that has this kind of things, help please?
For example, Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen, Basara, Anatolia Story (:

Sorry. I didn't realized that you put some examples. I can only think about God Save Our King. It fits your examples. My choice would be Shin Angyo Onshi, My Otome, Shina Dark, and Niji-Iro Togarashi.
A Kiss to the Prince
Angel Diary
Carat!
Princess Ai
Shinobi Life
Superior
The Bride of Adarshan
The Tale of Saiun Country
Try one of these~

if you don't mind manhwa, Goong, but it's in a contemporary setup

hmmm... since this is along the lines of stories I like....
The Queen's Knight
Knight Princess < pretty good considering only a few chapters have beeen scanlated.
Sapphire: Ribbon no Kishi again, only a few chapters, I would call it 'cute' but wasn't my favorite.
Vampire Game < VERY good, I like the heroine especially.
Boy Princess < Shounen-ai but very good. Not to everyones taste if your not a shounen-ai fan but I thought I'd recommend it. 🙂
Land with Silver Rain - One protagonist is a prince, but mainly has a 'kingdom' feel, I think...
Girl Queen - manhwa, good story, has a contemporary setting though.
kinda along these lines.....
Kung-Fu Girl Juline - kinda along your description, but pretty good, has a sequel called Shaolin sisters
Gekka No Kimi - I guess, kinda fits the bill, flashbacks between past and present of an emporers son and his reincarnation.
If you like The Other Boleyn Girl, I'd recommend Gekka no Kimi the most out of everything that's been mentioned here. The drama is similar. Goong would come in second, though you might like it more if you're into comedy. It's got both comedy and drama, which I love. Neither of them are traditional prince/princess-type stories, though. They're set in Japan and Korea. But they're still good.
On a side note, yay, someone else who loves that book! Philippa Gregory is too darn addictive for her own good... though I totally cried over that one the first two times I read it.
poof "SHOUJOMAN IS HERE!"
