I think the most popular shoujo manhwa is Goong but sadly the author is dragging it and it has went downhill.

Another popular shoujo are Bride of the Water God (much, much better) and Ciel.

As for seinen, I'd say Shin Angyo Onshi, The Breaker and IM Dal-Young works.
