The manga that have something to do with marriage but not a smutty or yaoi one. I have read :-

Adarushan no hanayome

and this manga didn't focus much with their marriage but more into fighting and others.

Anything would be but, not too smutty ( first focus in this marriage manga of course ), yaoi, too incest.

should be good artwork and storyline. Anything's fine, but I prefer more to historical thank you.

Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen this one fits perfectly

I've watched the saiunkoku monogatari.. doesn't like much the female character ^_^;; maybe she's too boyish and the story doesn't focus much to her love and marriage but more to passing the exam .. (??)
