i second Kamisama Hajimemashita and Akuma to Dolce.
also try Karakuri Odette

all three are by the same mangaka, and they all give you this good feeling inside in every chapter. eyes

all great suggestion i've loving every read of them so far. none of them are as good as karin but i suspect nothing may be. All great and heartwarming in their own right though.
