I did it! I got accepted to transfer to an idyllic all-girl school with an ornate front gate and expansive grounds and manicured gardens and nuns and blazers with crests and Takarazuka-esque plays and not a Y chromosome in sight!
It's not what I said in my application essay, but a fair part of why I wanted to go to this kind of school is because I was roped into the rose-screentoned image of the distaff side of academia in manga. I love series about all-girl schools. In fact, at the moment I don't want to read or watch anything but them.
And I'm running out! I've already read some or all of Aoi Hana, Oniisama e, Shiroi Heya no Futari, Maria-sama ga Miteru, G-senjo no Maria, Nowhere to Go,In the Afternoon... The Secret Stairs, Applause, Sakura Namiki, High School Girls, Greenhouse Dancing Club, Pieta, Expressions of Love, and First Love Sisters.
I'd like to find more to read. I prefer works set in really beautiful schools that emphasize the setting, a perfect example of which is The Secret Stairs. Points if the setting isn't Japan. The more idyllic and romanticized, the better. I like shoujo-ai, but I don't like yuri. I can't stand ecchi or even light fanservice, and the squishy moe art style makes my eyes retreat into the back of my head, so for those reasons I don't like most shounen and seinen that fall into this category.
As you can see, though, I do make exceptions, so feel free to rec whatever you've come across. Do go ahead and rec any movies, anime, novels, or other works that fit the filters, too. I don't know how long I'm going to be in this binge, after all.
There's an All Girls School category now, which is helpful, but I've already looked through there and most of the ones that aren't ecchi were added by me.
So what do you say? Will you help me feed my delusion until I find out what an all-girl school is really like?

The only ones I know of which you haven't already listed is K-ON! and Mahou Sensei Negima. Unfortunately, I think there's some light ecchi in the first one and a ton of ecchi and fanservice in the second.

Bakufuu Cinderella Sensen fits the bill.
Kimi to Himitsu no Hanazono does too, but I can't say it's very good.

The Dreaming seems like one, but it's an OEL.
Strawberry Panic!
Hanjuku Joshi
Kuchibiru Tameiki Sakurairo
Yuujou Survival!
Sakura no Sono (YOSHIDA Akimi)
These are all girl schools, but teachers are male... so, they probably won't work.
Ikenai Teacher Iketeru Darling
Sensei wa Egotist
Yuki no Kuni kara

Living the dream, eh? I really dreamed of going to an all-girls high school, with dormatories and uniforms and the whole bit...but life isn't that perfect. I'll just rack up my karma and try again next life. Hope you have fun~. (All of my recs have already been said. ^^; )

Uh...congratulations. I think I've read about two all girls' series, and the one I liked was Tenshi ja Nai! The other one was Kimi to Himitsu no Hanazono, but....yeah, it's not great.

Do you mean Tenshi ja Nai!!? The difference is only an extra exclamation point, so it might be a typo.

Thanks for all the recs! I'm surprised there are things out there I haven't seen yet.
I sound like a total lunatic in that opener, don't I? Leave parody tone to the experts. Alright, I didn't literally join a girls' school just to live out my flowery weeaboo fantasies. My mom's a Catholic school teacher and I went to a Catholic elementary school, so it was always assumed that I would attend a Catholic academy after graduating from public middle school, but in eighth grade I wasn't interested. Thanks to both reading Oniisama e and the public high school's having no creative writing program and being a crumbling ghetto dump, I came to my senses.
Also, I realized that this was my very last chance to wear knee socks without looking like a either a female hipster douchebag or a prostitute. <3

I added that tag, just so you know.
After I saw an "all-boys school" tag, and no
"all-girls school" tag, I went all, "Blasphemy!" D:
You could watch the anime of Aoi Hana too, if you're interested.
A Person who Draws People
Apocalypse
Autumn Sleepiness
Beyond the Sky
Bound By A Red String
Choir!
Clover
ES - Eternal Sisters
Fortune Ring
Friends
Girl Friends
Girls' Love
Hana no Yurina Gumi
Himawari Saita
Himitsu no Hanazono
Inner Revolution
Junsui Adolescence
Kakera
Katakoihime
Kawaii Anata
Love My Poem
Momoiro Toiki
... and more. Just check Lillicious and Dynasty Scans who specialize
in Shoujo-ai stories (and they usually take place in all girls schools).

Wow, that is an impressive list! Thanks, Doctor!
Yeah, I'm a huge fan of Lililicious. Dynasty does more moe-type stuff, so I'm not quite as fond of them.
St. Clare's is great. ^^ I haven't seen much of the anime because it's only been dubbed into Arabic and maybe Italian, languages of which I know absolutely nothing, but I really like the original novels.

Shiroi Bara no Otome and Otome wa Inoru would probably suit your tastes well. They aren't scanlated, but the founder of Lililicious reviewed them on her blog and they're apparently quite good.
