well Kurozuka and Battle Royale(kinda), though if you like smt seinen with a lot of killing and horror then you'll love Battle royale, though you've probably already read them, both...ohh, and everything from the author NIHEI Tsutomu is the ame kinda thing.....
Berserk and Gantz as well, but again you've probably read them all isnce they are epic seinen manga
btw where's your ava from, it's nice and seems kinda familiar
and yeah, I'd second 14, Dragon Head and Drifting Classroom though 14 is kinda not good but will suit your style

The mass "killing, horror" stuff i read are mainly psychological driven stories, so i'm not sure if it's your cuppa. Off hand:

Since you have already read Uzumaki, why not try reading other works of Itou Junji?
Some of the mangas I've recommend may not be the ones you're looking for but you could try reading them if you're interested. Sorry if I could not be much of a help.

I think your "whole city people die" bit confused us.
I second Doubt and suggest Homunculus as well as Worlds(one-shots, Fujisaki Ryu's early work, the art's pretty bad though).
