I'm not sure whether this was mentioned or not, but Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji is kinda hot. He also comes with an awesome, twisted story.

well i'll mention only seinen mangas:
-Akumetsu in some of the chapters
-The wolf guy from Wolf Guy when he's not angsty
-Jin from Zetman
-obscure but Tsushima from Sprite in chap19 was fucking hot

The blind dude in Until Death Do Us Part. Mamoru something if i'm not mistaken and if you haven't read it yet, i suggest you drop everything and at the speed of light go and read it mad. Nothing beats kickin' ass with a pair of shades cool.

Oh how about Gomoonryung in The Breaker he's pretty hot I'd say especially when he act all serious and stuff cool.
