i would like the manga/mangas to have any of the things listed below in it
-male lead
-in a school setting
-has/ gains power or skill to/change the world
-holds the fate of the world
-everyone wants it so they attack him
-gets recruited to help defend humanity
-fights other humans who gain the same type of powers
-becomes the next boss or leader of something (like hitman reborn)
-uses power to take over world (like in code geass)
-is in a epic comedy (one that makes you hurt for the humor)
-has a great story
and yes i have read hitman reborn/ bleach / one peice/ naruto/ code geass/ and death note

So basically what you're looking for is a manga with a male protagonist that gains a power and has to use it to fight against bad guys to save the world/defend humanity. Probably involving secret organizations etc?

Hmmm...maybe:
Aflame Inferno - has a male lead, sometimes in a school setting, he does gain a power, but not necessarily to change the world, and everyone wants to attack him, he does fight other people with the same powers (but they're not human), and it has a great story.
Arata Kangatari - male lead, not in school setting unless you count the other Arata, main lead gains a power and wants to change the world/take it over, everyone wants his power and attacks him, technically "holds the fate of the world," and has a great story.
Beelzebub - This one might not fit as well: has a male lead, in a school setting, already has power but is just augmented by the baby, doesn't really want to change the world, fights other people but they don't really have that power (yet), does become a boss/leader, and this one has epic comedy along with a great story.
Elemental Gelade - male lead, no school setting, gains a power but doesn't want to change the world, fights other people with the same power, and pretty god story.
Kekkaishi - male lead, starts out with school setting, has a power from birth and wants to change his world, he fights other people with skill though not necessarily the same as his power, and it's an epic story.
Amatsuki - male lead, no school setting, gains a power and sorta wants to change the world, doesn't fight other people, people do want his power but don't fight him for it, holds the fate of that world, sorta gets recruited to save humanity, and has a good story.

-has/ gains power or skill to/change the world: he is changing the world bit by bit... only problem is, he didn't even realize it.. and doesn't even believe that it could be done. oh yeah he got power/skill alraight
-holds the fate of the world: as the story goes it's look like he hold the fate of both the underworld and the world
-everyone wants it so they attack him: more like he "attack" everyone
-gets recruited to help defend humanity: you could say it like that, he god recruit by hell. and the job is to capture escaped demon
-fights other humans who gain the same type of powers: well.. he does "fight" other human who got a type of powers
