As the title says i need a new shoujo. I LIKE a wide variety of shoujo so long as its not a tragedy(read mucha kucha daisuki without knowing it was a tragedy and ended up crying my eyes out. same for air) and i dont mind if its a little smutty. Id be really happy if the manga you suggested were funny. I also like manga where the guy uses the girl and the rest of the series is about her trying to surpass him like Skip Beat or Uwasa no Midori-kun. I also prefer it if its in high school time frame. I love deliquent mangas like Akuma de Sourou, Dengeki Daisy(its kinda like that), or anything where the girl's strong or the guys she like is strong.

do you mind shoujos which are from guyz perspectice?

From guyz perspective which I thought were really good

Men's School---funny, sad at times but not overly tragedic or anything just good drama that will make you say this is an awesome manga, great characters, good male leads, good art. definetly in high school time frame
Kimi no Sei--boy used to bully girl, girl wants revenge so starts dating him. they are at college though
Aishiteruze Baby---really liked this one as well..if you like kids you will love this, also has good romance. in high school time frame.


Not from guyz perspective

Cat Street---recovering from trauma, great friendship, nice art, good plot, great characters, one of the few mangas where i didnt know from the beginning who ends up with who.
Love Attack--pretty funny, nice romance, in high school time frame, delinquents, both strong.
Reimei no Arcana--ok this one doesn't have any of your requirements but i found the romance to be extremely good so i suggested this. arranged marriage, prince and outcast princess
Sora Log--delinquent hero well sort of, nice cute girl, nice male lead not abusive or anything, good romance, plot seems to be emerging recently, nice romance.

Others will recommend much more so will stop now.

I just started reading Seirei Produce and like it a lot. Maybe give that one a try?

You could try changing the color of the shoujo releases under your User CP Filter option so that when new shoujo releases are posted they'll catch your attention. That might help you find something new to read? (Mine are pink, teehee)

Bokura ga Ita - just love, high school drama
Doubt! - Funny, a little cheesy but funny, ugly duckling story
Happy Hustle High - funny, short, the main guy thinks all girls look like chicks (as in chickens)

NG Life: The MU summary is really misleading but it's about a guy who looks for his long lost lover after he's reincarnated into a later life, except his lover is reincarnated into a boy instead of a girl. A really funny shoujo!

Strobe Edge: Very refreshing shoujo with great artwork.
Switch Girl!!: A really funny shoujo where the girl is beautiful at school (ON mode), but "switches" into a disgusting slob at home (OFF mode). A guy who's the opposite (OFF at school and ON at home) sees her in both her modes.

If you love Skip Beat! , have you tried Tokyo Crazy Paradise? It's by the same mangaka, but it's FINISHED (so no tearing out your hair while waiting for the next update). It's hilarious, it's sweet, and the girl AND guy kicks ass (which is damn rare in shoujo).

One I'm currently reading is Flat (AOGIRI Natsu) It's kinda like yotsuba! But focuses on the cuteness of characters than the comedy. Still can be funny at times.

Suna No Shiro Unlike any shoujo I've read ,really nice!
