Im looking for a manga where the main character is pure and innocent or really genuine in his intentions. There also needs to be romance for the main character. It would also be nice if the main character had a large impact and effect on other characters making him important to them although this isnt necessary since this might be hard to find. Note: the character doesnt have to be "good." For example, GTO is a good example of what im looking for and the main character isnt an ideal role model but is genuine in his feelings of wanting to help his students. Other good examples are:
Angel Densetsu (a pretty perfect example, except for the artwork)
Shibatora (though i wish there were more romance)
Hajimete no Aku ( the main character says hes evil but hes actually really pure and innocent and in one chapter its revealed that hes important in his village)
and thats all i could think of. Please help me and thanks for all the help.

-Psycho Busters ( great shonen action manga with romance and great artwork)

-Alive: The Final Evolution( everything u are looking with a great story that doesnt use any cliches. Romance doesn't appear till later in the manga but it is present and its not half bad)

Kiseijuu ( similar to Alive and the romance is near the end. Great manga)

Saijou no Meii seems to fit, though the romance is just a side dish.

Otomen from the short amount I've read and what I can remember
Team Medical Dragon although there's no romance as such. TMD fits more with your example of GTO than the 'pure' character

Ii Hito. <3

The very pure, but flawed protagonist of Dengeki Daisy.

And if you're okay with (extremely mild, almost non-existent - you probably won't even notice it) shounen ai, then Asterisk, The Ice-Cold Demon's Tale, Silver Diamond and The Betrayal Knows My Name all have incredibly pure and genuine protagonists who also affect the people around them with their pure-heartedness.
