this is hard to explain, but everyone things the person is evil, but it turns out they are good.
OR what is usually the evil side is the good side.

The "Evil"(s) motive is to save all non-human races since they are being killed (exterminated) by humans, however the main charater does not belong to neither of these side's.

Ever tried Code:Breaker? At first you think the main character is some kind of random murderer but he turns out to be some kind of enforcer. And in the later chapters he actually stops killing people.
Possibly Blaster Knuckle, this manga is very similar to Berserk as in the main character is fighting against monstrous beings with little or no support.
After he kills the monsters, they revert to human forms, thus making everyone think that he is a bad guy.
There are also various arcs in Naruto, where a bad is seen as true evil just because his affliation, but obviously, when they are about to die, they come clean about how good they actually are (sorry, i don't want to go in any detail in order to avoid any spoilers).|
In The Breaker, one of the main characters is thought of as a bad guy. He isn't, he's just a rebel with a short temper and crazy strength
Akumetsu, the main character is seen as a terrorist (which he actually is, just not an evil one)
Zetman, main character has crazy powers and fights against crazy monsters, but people always fear what they don't understand, so he's viewed as something that must be brought down, even though all he does is protect those that want him down.
hmm, 666Satan?, similar to Naruto, the main character has a powerful evil being inside him, even though he has evil powers, his heart is at the right place.

Drifters - ill definatly pick that up,
Vampire Juujikai - not sure how far in on that one i am, i do know i was waiting on this one to finish before i started reading it again, and look, right before i made this thread i found out it was done and am downloading the rest

Naruto - no, i don't mean that they turn in the end with that one, and i read up to... when is it... i think just before it hits the fan at that hokage summit, its been awhile so i don't know if its called something else or that was a bad translation, no real will to read that one anymore though... basically i dont want it where the bad guy is bad only until its later reviewed and they were good, but they were labeled as bad as some coverup... well unless its done far more compantatly than naruto.
The Breaker - never picked that up because Manhwa, ill try it out but manhwa have constantly let me down, with few exceptions.

what i mean by evil is, like in shina dark, he is satan, and everyone is afraid of him, wants to kill him, or whatever at first, but in reality he is a normal guy.
superior, where the main characters are a hero and the demon king, or whatever its called, bad memory, but the demon king feigns love at first, than loves him, than more or less turns good, i don't believe any of that is spoiler,
or Watashi no Ookami-san, where again, the demon king is board, and is sick of what he does and falls in love with the hero, and again, not realy a bad guy.
or in a side reversal like A-kun (17) no Sensou the humans try to kill what i believe is the main character (only 3 chapters in, and that may change) but the demons save him.

not exactly looking for antihero...
think demons, and humans.
given the choice between which side is good and bad, most people look and say humans are the good demons would be the bad.
what im looking for is where the one that is normaly bad is the good one.
an antihero is where someone is a mass murder but for some reason you are suppose to like them and hope they win

Superior its the demon lord, granted in the past was realy evil, but for the durrintation of the manga has been good. Shina Dark its satan, who has evil writen in his name, gets a harem on rumors, but again, for the manga up till now, has been nothing but a good guy. and Watashi no Ookami-san its again the demon lord who is level 2000 who is actually, throught the manga, a good guy... more or less...

The only ones I can think of are Tales of Phantasia. The antagonist is seen as someone so evil but he actually has a reason why he's doing it. A very important and maybe heroic reason. At least that is what the OVA contained about Dhaos.

lets take something that many people have read apposed to the ones that i said earlier.
berserk now i will spoil a little past the golden age arc, none of this i consider spoiler but it will be spoiler tag.
im not looking for sudden reversals, where the bad guy is not a good guy half way through, or where a good guy is seen as a bad guy or where a former good guy is suddenly bad.
what im looking for is more like, and now superior spoilers here, but it happens soon enough that i wouldnt call them spoilers, they may be to you

ok, so first off, gutts (its gutts and gatts depending on the translation, im going gutts) after the golden age, arc and a bit passed the fairy, gutts gets caught by some religious people, because he is seen as an evil person. he obviously isnt, but they believe he is at the time.

the demon lord is basically a bad guy for her whole life up until the start of the manga. but im not looking for the past things, im looking for the now. and she even goes back to say that she regrets what she did in the past. basicly she had little understanding of what she was doing and now that she does she regrets it. EVERY one things that they are she is bad, may not know what she looks like, but they know the title.
im sorry that i make this confusing, im always looking for good manga, and this i haven't read, but im looking for this specific thing right now.

ok im caught up with what is translated, and i have very little idea whats going on, however i think that its what i was looking for.

sadly there is only 5 chapters. from what i remember the "bad" character is seen by everyone else to be good, and even her bad actions turn out to be good. i have no idea how to classify that one.
