Hi
I have read Chrome Shelled Regions: Missing Mail, and I liked that he, in the start, hides the truth of his powers, because of his past. If some of you know something like that pleas tell me, it is not necessary that the protagonist has a dark past, or something like that.
Pleas help me - sorry for my english.

Superior
The protagonist who hides her powers is female and hides it because of some reason other than a dark past...
-And what do you mean by truth?

EDIT: Ok, how could I forget +anima !?
Spoiler (highlight to view)
In it, the main characters (other than Cooro) like, don't use their anima powers because they would be discriminated against.

they want manga where the protagonist is superior(the best/strongest/etc), but hides the fact that they are(they don't use their strength and try to hide it).

Saki you probably want a supernatural/fantasy manga with powers and stuff, but this mahjong manga is pretty good and fits.

I second Code: geass but strongly recommend you watch the anime, it is miles better than the manga.

Also try

Matantei Loki -
Spoiler (highlight to view)
Loki is a norse god who hides his true powers

E's -

Kai is a psychic who has to hide his powers early on because of a prejudice against psychics. There are also hints that his powers are more powerful than even he knows.

Vampire Juujikai -
Spoiler (highlight to view)
The vampire king hides his true powers to avoid frightening those around him

Spiral: Suiri no kizuna - maybe. Ayumu hides his intelligence because of a brother complex.
ES - Ryousuke hides his psychic abilities in daily life as well as his true identity.
Rurouni Kenshin -
Spoiler (highlight to view)
Kenshin mostly hides his true abilities unless forced to fight

Hanatsukihime -
Spoiler (highlight to view)
Siva hides his true nature

Mx0 - Maybe. Kazumi avoids using magic in a magic school because he has none and must pretend he is actually very powerful.
Kaze no stigma (novel) -
Spoiler (highlight to view)
Kazuma hides his true powers most of the time
