Eden no Ori survival manga
World Embryo less murder but I like it.
Boogiepop wa Warawanai franchise.
Also almost no murder but you could always try the best mystery series ever: Hakomari light novel.

How about Spiral: the bonds of reasoning??
It's not that bloody but there is quite a lot of murders and the whole series is basically about solving the mystery of the 'Blade Children'
