The most heartwarming manga i've ever read was natsume no yuujinchou. But made me cry, only 5 cm per second, i only watched the movie but it has a manga adaptation.

Flowers of Evil i don't remember if i cried but the end is really sad.

Don't know why but Vampire Juujikai made me cry
