I really like all the girls in Gintama, its not really a romance though if that is what your looking for. its actually pretty much just comedy with a little epicness to it haha but it really is the most unique manga I have ever read so you should try it even if its not what your looking for.

I started reading some of them, here's the update:
Midnight Secretary-was pretty good, liked the ffact that main female character definitely was not a push over!
Hana Yori Dango- Hate, (sorry, i know this is a very popular manga but I just really don't like it!) I found the girl annoying and a bit of a push over
Six half, read and liked
Joou no hana, read and liked
Mrs Angel, started reading, thought the character was cool but personally didn't hit it off for me
Keep the suggestions flowing if you've got anymore and thank you to everyone who've replied!!!

Barairo My Honey Has the same author as Midnight Secretary with a strong female lead. I personally didn't like it as much as Midnight secretary, but that's me. It's still a decent read.
