Im looking for a manga that have basic story driven like this:
"boy falls in love with friend but she only thinks of him as a girl while he is a guy and he tries to find a way to be a guy again and try to keep away from all of the other guys that falls for him because they think he is a girl."
Yeah, I was inspired to look for it because of Tenshi na Konamaiki but I feel disappointed that the lead character didn't fall in love with the bestfriend. I dont care if its techinally Yuri, at least theoretically its not.

Anyways, good luck with that extremely specific request, lol..

I dont mind Hentai, Yuri, Gore/Guro, or any other kind of Genre.

It doesnt have to be fit all the description I give.
A little bit almost is still okay.
Although if I think about it...... it was more like a hentai genre would do quite easily, with their unrealistic gender bender power. And lots of Trap too.
But that doesnt mean Im looking for Hentai.
I just want some manga with interesting story/plot like that and doesn't have to be Hentai.

I know you're probably looking for manga with a more serious tone to it, but that request almost fits Ranma 1/2 too well.

Guy turns into girl everytime he's hit with cold water, spends most of the story having people fall for either his male half or female half. It doesn't spend a lot of time on actual romance, but there are some sweet moments, and it's readily apparent who the main couple is supposed to be.

Maybe also Prunus Girl?
Actual guy, but purposefully dresses up as a girl.

OK. I've done reading Prunus Girl
Its quite good and interesting. Almost fit the description Im looking for.
Now, if only its better that Maki is a Girl (like when he use the maid outfit) and then she fell in Love with Aikawa, and confuse by is it normal relation (boy with girl) or the Yuri-way (girl with girl) like their friends.
Instead its the other way around. Maki is confuse, is it normal relation (boy with girl) or Yaoi/shounen-ai (boy with boy)

Too bad the ending is rushed/uncleared yet. The same goes to MX0 ; Good manga but discounted.
I've also finish reading No Bra because after reading Prunus Girl it was constantly compared.
Next, gonna try Mizuho Ambivalent.
