As the title stated...I already read this gem 2 years ago...
A week or 2 in my head was all about OMK when I read it..
Since then, I tried to find a similar manga that can cause 'funny' feeling to my heart as OMK can do...
Result was a totally failure....
Even top ranked manga cannot beat this gem called OMK...
Guys...any manga recommendation that can give impact as this one....

PS: I love MamiXAkira relationship(Watashi ni XX Shinasai)...make my heart all doki doki and fuwa fuwa

Molester Man by the same author if I remember correctly.

Molester Man is by the same artist, but different author I believe. Similar feel to it though, so seconded.

And if you like Molester Man, I recommend Densha Otoko, which uses a similar storytelling style. It's much cuter, but not psychological like OMK. Really, I'm just recommending it because it's cute.

Life is definitely a good one. It has high intensity scenes and strong impact like OMK. It's much longer, so it'll keep you busy.

You could check Genkaku Picasso. Only the 1st volume is scanlated in english, but you can buy all 3 volumes from Viz in the U.S. and it's worth it. In both mangas, the protagonist is an anti-social and at some point both try to change and get redemption, both are coming of age stories. GP has more comedy though and uses some great surrealist art during the "diving" scenes, while OMK is generally darker.

Koe no Katachi is more focused on romance but it also touches on similar themes.

Oyasumi Punpun is at times much darker, but I also felt something similar to OMK. Another great coming of age story.

What this person says. Oyasumi Punpun is powerful, powerful stuff. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Watch out, though. I finished it a few weeks ago, and my head is still "all about it", as you say. One of precious few manga I've read that ranks favourably with any other form of literature.

Himegoto - Juukyuusai no Seifuku is a very good series, though it's borderline H.

Aku no Hana isn't terribly far off. Pretty much anything else by Asano Inio.

Might want to give Hoshi no Samidare a try. It's totally different but worth a try.
