Hinamatsuri and Beelzebub Beelzebub is action&comedy but really makes you laugh at times comedy isn't shallow like most manga and hinamatsuri is my favorite comedy manga. Also Angel Densetsu This one also made me laugh a lot, Iliterally lolled while reading this

Are you reading Ore-sama Teacher by the same mangaka? It doesn't lose to Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun in terms of humour although it possesses a trifle more plot and seriousness.

Other than that Jitsu wa Watashi wa by MASUDA Eiji has developed into a hilarious gag manga. There isn't a single female lead that isn't supernatural and/ or moronic in a lovable way. Don't worry about the harem tag, the romance is about as important as in TSUBAKI Izumi's works, i.e. close to non-existent and progressing at the speed of a snail.

Personally, I consider NISHI Keiko's Koi to Gunkan to be witty and very amusing. However, some scenes may imply a BL subtext for comedy purposes, so you may want to pass this up.

I second Angel Densetsu. It's an iconic comedy manga.

if your ok with novels [m]Legend of the Sun Knight(Novel)[/m] is one of the funniest stories i have ever read, even more so then shoujo nozaki kun, and if you dont like reading novels it does have a manhwa Legend of the Sun Knight, though in my opinion it isnt nearly as good.

you could also try Ties of Compassion, this one is proabably closer to the comedy in Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, it is just about a bunch of friends and their relationships while being in the most random situations.

If you liked Gekkan Shoujo then you'll probably enjoy Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou as well (the anime is also great)

They're both side-splittingly hilarious

Yugami-kun ni wa Tomodachi ga Inai also random but funny
Tonari no Seki-kun The Master of Killing Time - need I say more?
