Heck! I've read sooo many manga about annoying love triangles! NO MORE!!!! So, does anyone know of a shojo romance manga without any love triangles? It would be a plus if the main character girl wasn't stupid/dense. And I don't want any one-shots. I'd also like an original plot without many stupid shojo cliches (no intense fantasy though!)

Yosh i agree completely its like every shoujo has to have a love triangle or some retarded event that will never happen in real life or if it did would be overcome by i dont know calling the frickin cops! and so the only ones i could suggest are tragedies and i dont think you want those so if anyone has any I want them too

Try W Juliet and its sequel W Juliet 2 it doesn't have any of those triangles that are really annoying 🙂 . Also you might wanna check out Koukou Debut. Although there are times in the manga that seems triangle-ish, i think it is at an acceptable level 😛

I don't think it actually exists, but close enough:

Lovely Complex doesn't dwell on triangles (it's clean enough to be what you're looking for)
Perfect Girl Evolution is low on triangles (and romance, but it's there)
Kaichou wa Maid-sama!

I know right? Triangles are so weird. SQUARES FTW 😁 ! But seriously...
Chibi Vampire
Basara (I don't think so o_O)
From Far Away
Imadoki <-- Haven't read this in forever but I'm pretty sure there's no triangles. There might be a circle though. I know, I know, my attempts at being humorous are pathetic. 😔

have you tried nodame cantabile? it's gotta bizarre romantic couple, one of my faves. it's a long ongoing series too, it doesn't end when they become a couple. even the supporting characters' love lives are interesting.
