Hmm... maybe you could like Her Majesty's Dog if you don't mind supernatural. The two main characters are a girl which is a strong medium and her guardian a guy who is a demon dog. He's very loyal to her but don't really admit his love for her.

I got some textbooks (thank god, I don't have to buy them myself because medical textbooks are quite expensive and the books from the library are simply rotten), other books and some girly stuff like a new bag for university with a matching purse, cloths and a new thingy ...

Hm, for me it's hard to say because I study medicine. In Germany you don't have to study something beforehand. You can start right after high school graduation (if you get an university place).
