I'm looking for manga/manhwa/manhua or webtoons with at least one main character who has a hidden talent. Preferably of the supernatural type or something like Skip Beat ("never did acting before but grew into it with challenge, innate talent and practice").
That means:
a) He/she suddenly finds out about an innate ability and through various events slowly grows into that power.
or
b) He/she grew up with being different but never thought much about this until "stuff hits the fan", so to speak...
here for example Ability
Bleach would be a good example for b) too, but I'm not looking for something that long ^.^
Thanks !

Something like Arachnid? She has some sort of mental condition where she gets fixated and doesn't react to those around her... it turns out the condition gives her an almost supernatural ability to concentrate or something, which comes in handy when fighting/killing.

b) Akagami no Shirayukihime? Maybe. She has a medical ability.
Both) Beelzebub
a) Deadman Wonderland - Note: It's on hiatus
a) Girls of the Wild's - natural fighting talent
a) Gwisin Byeolgok - natural supernatural talent
Sort of both) Hidan no Aria - mode that makes him super fighter/strategist, etc., is charismatic
Sort of b) One-punch Man - the protagonist is actually aware of his ability
a) Satou-kun no Juunan Seikatsu
Sort of both) Special Martial Arts Extreme Hell Private High School
a) The Breaker and its sequel, The Breaker: New Waves
b) Valkyria Chronicles - Capable strategist
I don't think I know any more that fit your criteria.

Hello there, hope you find this usefull.
1) TAL: It does seem that the MC has some kind of rare ability, still unknown.
2) Baketeriya: Same as 1) but throught storyline we can see some of his sht
3) Arachnid: It has been reccomended before, but I agree on this one.
4) Green Boy: About boxing, seems that the MC has some sort of gift in boxing. Could be similar to the gift that the MC on [m]Girs of the Wild's[/m]. Agreeing with CeshireCaine.
5) Kurogane: About Kendo or Kendou, absolutely plain looking guy has awesome gift for this martial art. Not spoling the gift, i dunno if its said early on in the manga but just in case xD.
6) The Breaker + Sequel: MC evolving from wimp to a badass. Agreeing with CheshireCaine.
7) Baby Steps: might not fall into the category ur looking for but its about his guy who's gets top scores at school and decides to play tennis.
8) Area no Kishi: About football.

@jedinat Arachnid started great! Though I did not like where the story was going.
@strixflash I will check TAL out.
@Lorska Sounds like what I'm looking for!
@CheshireCaine Amazing, you even used my a and b system! Thanks a lot
@pothb I know Seiyuu Ka and it's kinda what I'm looking for too.
@Chayto I'm not into sports manga with the exception of board games (cause Hikaru no Go - which is an amazing example as well by the way - corrupted me) and martial arts. Kurogane sounds interesting!
@France16748 I know that one! It's great
@soraking Natsume is awesome! Got to try out the rest.
