Hey i'm looking for something where the MC has a very skillful person who follows their orders.

some good examples of this are:

kingdom - Ouki's subordinate, tou is very skillful and strong
mahouka koukou no rettousei -
Eclipse Hunter (novel) - devon has daren, who is a super cyborg and VERY capable
Kuroshitsuji - sebastian is also skillful and strong
Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu - the king has Lucile Eris, who more or less follow his orders
the legendary moonlight sculptor (novel) - weed has some strong monsters who follow his orders

Noblesse... though MC doesnt issue orders if he does then its very rarely, but the one who follows him is very loyal and really strong

I've already read it twice (one of my favourites), i can't believe i forgot to add that as an example! great suggestion, frankenstein ftw ^_^
