I know this may seem a little dark but im looking for a dark manga centered around a female with a bad past/present. The manga must be from the females perspective. It must have something like bullying, previously/currently killed, abuse, drug abuse, assault, etc...
Fukushuu Kyoushitsu is a perfect example of what I'm looking for.
I would prefer it to not be a oneshot
I really appreciate if you can help me out

HMMMMm.....
I feel like this is a bit softer, but maybe something like Peach Girl. But it is a shoujo, so definitely not as heavy as what you're looking for.
Bitter Virgin is also what you're looking for, but I don't think it's in the female's perspective unfortunately.
The Other Side of the Mirror haven't read this, but it's on my wish list... that might fit the bill.
OH how could I forget! Mars. The first manga that I read and probably one of the best! It's got everything you're looking for. The protagonist is a painfully shy art student who has a lot of trouble trusting people Admittedly the series does focus a lot on the male love interest, but I think it's done well because the focus on him allows her to develop that relationship where she can be vulnerable enough to finally open up about her own issues and what she's been through.

Just about the whole Deep Love series. It's absolutely heart wrenching in a good way. Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari is the first in the series.

Omae ga Sekai o Kowashitai nara
Otome Sensou - check the description first because it may be too much for some people.
Kasane (MATSUURA Daruma) - not exactly sure how well this fits your request, but you should check it as well.

Claymore. They're all females, and they ALL have awful pasts. They all have awful present situations too.
Love in the Mask - A girl hides her gender and her horrible past. if you like gender benders.
Orange Marmalade - an incognito vampire school girl.
