Try W Juliet I and W Juliet II, it's a gender bender though, so if that's not your thing then maybe it won't appeal to you. However, i must say that even if it's a gender bender, the romance between the main characters are great plus the gender bender thing, it provide a great comic relief 😛

You might wanna check out Ittadakimasu also, but it's a bit smutty though.

I second W Juliet.

Land of the Blindfolded is another where the main characters start going out towards the beginning of the series. And Gals! (while the art might not be the standard "beautiful" you're probably looking for, it is a lot of fun!) And Monkey High! (again not "beautiful" but still very sweet and a nice break from a lot of the clichés of shoujo manga) I've fallen behind with Sunadokei/Sand Chronicles but from what I remember, the main character was in a relationship shortly into the series.

Let's see if I can come up with unlicensed series too... [m]Sprout[/]'s main character has a boyfriend from the start of the series, as does the heroine of Mahou o Shinjirukai. Kamisama no Orgel is a sweet and interesting story about a couple... the scanlations are inactive/incomplete though. And My Sweet Dragon is another about a couple with some interesting fantasy/Japanese mythology elements. Ah, and Mademoiselle Butterfly, by the same artist as Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen (I personally like Butterfly better than ZHD, but they're both cute) And Hachimitsu no Hana (this one and Butterfly both have historical Japanese settings)

Also super super recommend Love Catalog (which was already mentioned as Renai Catalog). It's totally hilarious and adorable and great! Possibly my favourite example of a manga like what you're looking for.
