I'm looking for a Shonen or Seinen Romance series. I love the romantic dramas, but I also like the fun harem kinda series. Some of the ones I read and liked include: Ichigo 100%, GE, Suzuka, Love Hina, Rosario Vampire, Ai Kora, and more. If you could help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks 😀

Billionaire Girl Only few chapters are out but its great.
Spice & Wolf (Novel) (Reccomened to me by MU's romance god 😉 )
Honeymoon Salad Short but sweet....Really reccomened, you wont regret it.
Natsu no Zenjitsu Original both in terms of story and art....
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan One of the best series.....Try it if you like realistic aspects

tche the good stuff was already mentioned^^
Double Arts is kinda both, but no harem
Gan-Kon nosebleed love-triangle
Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko. funny but also dramatic at times
Nisekoi I guess the best ongoing harem series atm no ecchi and stuff (same author as double arts)
Pajama na Kanojo. your happy go lucky ecchi love-triangle
She's Gon is interesting
Densha Otoko one part serious three parts fun
I could add a few more but I don't think they would be what you are looking for, as I don't read much harem series...

Girls of The Wild's - a good non-ecchi harem webcomic
Unbalance x 2 - decent student x teacher romance with lots of drama
Blood Alone - I heard this seinen manga is quite popular with female audience
Karin
The Legend Of Maian - one of better LIM Dall-Young's series
Zero In - solid action series with some romance
Ratman - though the love triangle doesn't seem to be going in any direction
Koi Neko - good romcom
Fujimura-kun Mates - same as the one above but more awesome
Koneko Pancake - an intriguing one
Kanojo wa Sore o Gaman Dekinai - though has some mature parts
Sugar Dark - really good if you can stomach the two gory chapters
Second Gan-Kon
Harems usually lacking decent romance, your best bet with those would probably be:
- Sekirei - for once guy actually accepts his harem
- Change 123 - guy has a one girl harem 😉
Keep in mind that both of those are rather strong on ecchi, though the romance ain't half bad.
If you're just looking for above average harem you could try:
- Kurenai - for once the the loli is likable and not a tsundere
- Chou Dokyuu Shoujo 4946
- Come Come Vanilla! - the male lead is likable and the girls don't beat him, what's not to like (except the fact that the pilot was better than the actual series)?
- Tsuki Tsuki! - really cool male lead, as for the rest it ain't really impressive
- Trinity Seven - an even better male lead than the one above
- Kandachime - this one is actually ok
- Maga Tsuki - this one is quite generic but it's rather popular, at least the protagonist tries to answer the feelings of all the girls
- Umi no Misaki - it's interesting in the first volume, but gets more generic later on. Would've been better without all the lust. Gets mature in one of the recent volumes and the ending smells like...
Can't remember more right now. If I remember I'll post some more.

Thanks guys. But everyone seems to be thinking that I need a harem. I have read series without harems so what I'm trying to say is that I handle romance series with or without harems. Thanks
Your request is very vague, any romance shounen/seinen fits. I'll try to got with stuff that I kinda consider above average and not mentioned so far, and I'm gonna bold the series I like the most:
Harem ongoing:
Seishun For-get! my guilty pleasure of this genre.
Hayate no Gotoku!
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai
Kangoku Gakuen
Harem complete:
Mahou Sensei Negima!
Oretama
DearS
Non-harem ongoing:
Otoyomegatari
Toradora!
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia
Sankarea
Nazo no Kanojo X
Kodomo no Jikan don't know how you can feel about this, lolicon tag.
Need a Girl
Hekikai no AiON
Yuria 100 Shiki
Non-harem complete:
Mx0
Mahoraba
I"s
Love Roma
Watashitachi no Tamura-kun
D-Ash
Shi ni Itaru Yamai lot of drama/tragedy
Happy!

Its a good romance story. Even though it do contain those scary tags, story's main focus is how the characters moves on. The manga doesnt show any rape/gore scene,it just shows how hard it is those to escape from those trauma. So dont worry, you would enjoy it even though this might not be the best romance, its definately worth a try.
I have already mentioned all my favourite series which are in fact really reccomened...so give them a try. All of them are greatest work(see their ratings and comments) except the last two 🙂
I will second Girls of the Wild's...Its a good harem and I really liked its starting.
Orange Marmalade I dont know if its shojo but suerly it stands out. If you some extra time, read it.

Gotta second Nazo no Kanojo X and Tasogare Otome x Amnesia.
I heard that Koko ga Uwasa no El Palacio is similar to Love Hina, which you've mentioned in your request. Though I don't really like it.
