Get Backers - There's very subtle romance between two side-characters, but believe me - you'll barely notice it.

Hunter x Hunter , Black Cat

Shiki - I'm not sure whether you mind vampires instead of demons. If you don't, then this is a good choice.

Gamaran - sword fights left and right. I think girls have appeared in like 3 chapters out of the 50 so far.
Crows and its sequel Worst - delinquent fights, pretty funny, I don't know if I've even seen a girl so far.
Girls, but no romance
Kongoh Bancho - delinquent/superpower fighting. funniest shit since:
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro - no romance (though you can speculate), main guy is a demon, funny as hell. More fight scenes towards the end.
Akumetsu - mostly ideological but its got a lot of violence. A lot.
Veritas - how did no one mention this? 75% ACTIONACTIONBATTLE, 15% tough bitches with 0 interest in romance, 10% explanations and shiz.
One Piece, Hunter x Hunter and Fairy Tail are some popular shounens. Again, no romance really.
Luck Stealer - Assassin.
Medaka Box -- ecchi shounen, action-y, lots of battles (it's a slow start though)
Does this even count as romance?
The Breaker - works too. Martial arts. Little bit of romance, but a very minor part.
Beelzebub - well there's someone in love with main character, but it's really just to add to the comedy. Again lots of action and very little explanation. Oh and demons. Lots of demons.
Psyren - actionaction. Possible romance later on.
HnI - Boxing. long as hell but worth it. About 200 chapters in or so maincharacter meets a girl, but it's still mostly guysguysguys.
Mature
Sun-ken Rock - I kind of lost track with this one, but it's mostly about gangs (or mafia?).
Wolf Guy - Ookami no Monshou -werewolf. Possible romance (or at least compassion) in the future, but idk.

As for Angels and Demons
The World God Only Knows - This is borderline shojo in my opinion but still a good read.
Yuu Yuu Hakusho - popular manga with demons. Also a action-y one. Romance is very slight.
Defense Devil - name speaks for itself.
My Balls - mature, but pure lulz.
Oh my, I got a bit carried away. Well then, enjoy.

I was going to suggest One Piece, but I see that's already been done. I second Beelzebub, but if you read it after you've already read a ton of other shounen I think you'll appreciate it more.
