Possibly my all time favourite manga. I love the artwork and the take on the characters. Their relationship is portrayed in such a lovely way and I utterly enjoy every chapter I read. I could re-read this manga any time.

Truly one of the best for me. It's one of the first times that I actually genuinely enjoy the traits of both the seme and the uke and feel that the relationship dynamic is so beautifully defined.

Why do I love this manga so much? It's different. It's its own. The characters feel more like individuals than archetypes. Both are fully willing participants in all sexcapades. The forbidden romance might be a little unrealistic, but I am happy to suspend my disbelief to laugh it out with Ueda and Aki.

This is the first time I post my comment but can't help it because Honto Yajuu is definitely one of the best manga ever. Warm, cute and interesting at the same time! You definitely should read it if you love yaoi mangas.

Ok well this story really makes me smile and act like a complete idiot because of all the adorable, sweet and cute things that happens in here. I like both the art style and the story line. I just can't really tell you how much I love reading this...every time there's a new update I just....am instantly happy ahhh everyone should just give this a try it's to adorable to pass up. I'm sorry if what I wrote didn't make sense but I'm sure if you gave this a try you would love it as much as I do.

This story is so cute and hilarious! The art is good and did I mention it's really cute? I usually don't like extremely cute stories, but maybe this one has enough comedy to balance it out for me? Anyway, I definitely recommend this!

This manga is really amazing and one of my favorites, whenever I'm bored I read it and Aki and Ueda are one of the best couples!
I wish this never ends...

With an adorable couple who are affectionate and loving without a tsundere feature in sight, there's little not to love about this series. There are interesting plot arcs, relatively little drama, and the art is enjoyable (although a bit rough, and some don't feel the style is appropriate to the content), so really I don't have anything I could say to discourage people from reading this series! If you haven't yet, you don't know what you're missing out on.

This probably is, if not the best, one the best yaoi manga I've read. The story's light but really good. The characters are extremely likable (especially Aki, Oh My God, I could squish him for eternity). Art is okay-looking but it totally fits the manga. I believe if the characters were drawn a little different (like more mature looking), it would pull down the manga...somehow. So the art is perfect for it.

10/10 Amazing read.

I really love the two leads in this. At first I was kind of neutral about them, but they grew on me fairly quickly.

I like that the author doesn't adhere to every single BL stereotype ever (like most do). And I love Aki's weird clothes and sailor's mouth and drama and all of it. Ueda is adorable, and I like that he's such a sweetheart.

I'll probably reread this when I can, and I hope it is still being translated.

This is the guilty pleasure of reading (and enjoying) a totally unrealistic love comedy with seemingly badass yakuza that are actually either cute butt gays or idolizing bears that want to screw the cute butt gay - and where all illegal yakuza bear activity is magically not present or very harmless and easy to accept.

If you don't mind the utter stupidity of this plot, you might very well enjoy it - just as I did.
