Well i just started reading:
Love Hina
Strawberry 100% (Ichigo 100% the non hentai one)
and Pastel.
And i really like all of those so i was looking for something similar to any of those. So i guess i basically like fan service with some comedy. So anything like that or anythign like those 3 will be good. And please no hentai.

Mahou Sensei Negima. It's by the same author and a lot of the characters look and act like the ones in Love Hina. Closest thing you can get to Love Hina.

Well I'm assuming you are hinting towards comedy/romance shounen with possibly a harem on the side
To-LOVE-Ru - Well umm not to heavy on the plot but hell a lot of ppl like it
School Rumble - I hear its good, from the 4 chapter I forced myself to read it seemed similar to the parts of Love Hina I managed to read . . .
Rosario+Vampire - Amazingly another one I have read, good comedy, harem, and enough fan service to almost be annoying
I"s - Romance/Comedy, been a while since I finished it but I remember thinking it was worth while
Ai Kora - Funny as hell, a little romance (not to much if thats all you want), but I couldn't bring myself not to include it in the list
Pretty Face - Funny, not really to much of a harem, and to be honest I can't remember if theres fan service, but hell a guy thats surrounded by god knows how many girls most of the time, I'm sure theres some
Omamori Himari - Well you said no Hentai, and this IS a shounen, but its written by a mangaka who basically has only done hentai up to this point. Its basiclly fan service in a manga, and dont worry, it is kept PG-13 for the most part
Note: Ignore my bitter attitude, these are all infact good and highly recomended manga for you, I'm just a bitter person

Thanks for the recomendations so far guys. I have been watching the Negima anime, is the manga better or worse?
Also I forgot to mention that I have been reading Karin and i have been liking that so far too.
And Leprechaun i think your assumption is pretty accurate, lol. Anyway thanks for the suggestions i will have a lot to check out now. And the reason i ask for no hentai is because i personally like to have a the real thing as opposed to reading online and well i cant really buy hentai yet, since im only 17.

The Negima manga is WAY better. They change the story in the anime way to much and the manga is a lot funnier.

Yeah, I highly reccomend Mahou Sensei Negima. Much MUCH better than both of the anime adaptions.

Already mentioned, but I''s is probably the manga you should read. 
Other suggestions not mentioned so far:
Parallel (same author of Pastel and almost same story but thanks god it has a end)
Lilim Kiss (same mangaka of Ichigo 100%)

this one is about characters a little older, but [m]maison ikkokou[/m] ive seen it described as the best romance ever. no fanservice really and its a little older, but it's a gem.
also video girl ai same mangaka as i"s, just a little older and a little more cybernatural.
