Romance mangas never seem to show the family of the two people involved, which is the reason for this post. I'm looking for two kinds of situations in romance mangas:
1. Boyfriend/girlfriend is introduced to the parents (or other family).
2. Parents (or other family) don't approve of the boyfriend/girlfriend for some reason.
I want these to have fairly big parts in the manga, not just brief events (i.e. 1 page, or less). Recommended mangas can have one or the other situation, or both. The situation can be early on or late in the story. I would prefer long mangas - more than 1 volume long.
Some examples: W-Juliet, Kare Kano, Private Prince.
Good genres: Shoujo, josei, seinen, smut, etc.
Exclude genres: yaoi, shounen-ai, yuri, shoujo-ai, lolicon, shotacon, tragedy

I use IRC. Didn't realize there was a rule there, and I didn't see any listing on this site for a group that finished that far. You didn't need to get pissy about it though. I honestly don't know why people can get rude/post with angst so easily online with others. Is it too hard to just be nice?
Saying something like... there is a rule against asking for XX, and you could find XX here or such. If it's just going to be sarcasm, maybe don't post at all?
