OK, I am totally in love with obsessive love in manga. Especially when it comes to the point of driving some character crazy or pretty badly possesive. And I really like them if they are in the classes of smut, gender bender, brother/sister incest, or shouta. (but not all I recommend go into these catagories...)
So here are a few titles I would recommend (Some of these range from more subtle obsession to full blown obssesion):
Aishite Kudasai, Sensei Loves his female teacher so much, he will do anything in his power to keep her comming back to him, even to the point of insanity. Smut warning.
Tokyo Mew Mew This obsessive/possessiveness shows up more in the anime, then the manga, but their are still some traces. The lead male villan (Kish) loves the main girl (Ichigo) so much, he will kill her if she will not be "his".
Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero! Loves Mizuki so much, Akira will do anything to keep her, and protect her...even if he has to use his most feminine power? Smut warning.
Boku no Chikyuu o Mamotte Is more subtle in early chapters, but still the same obsession in the end.
Sensei no Okiniiri! and sequel
Zoku Sensei no Okiniiri! Teacher/Student, Smut warning, and rape.... But it's still really sexy *nosebleeds*
Boku wa Imouto ni Koiwosuru Contains twincest. Interesting concepts of two twins who share a room. The brother, whuch loves his twin sister, has to hold back even though he loves her and wants to touch her more then he can stand. What will be his breaking point? (Note: I've really only seen the anime to this but it's on the more full blown obssesion side)
Vampire Knight Ok, I hate to say this one, since this manga has been said a lot. But you find out sometime latter that Kaname, the pure blood vampire has been always looking over/ in love with Yuuki (main girl) and is actually really obsessed about her (I wont explain, since it is giving away some details by saying so) but it is pretty subtle in the manga, so I don't suggest this, unless you're willing to invest a lot of time in it.
Peach Girl Does not show up until latter, but you find out one of the guys (who's name I forgot
) really loves her, and is at the point of desperation to have her.
I"s Kind of an obsession story one guy has for the girl he loves.
On the lighter side of the stick, I would suggest
Joshi Mousou Shoukougun. Joshi Mousou Shoukougun is about a girl who is more obsessed with the boy, but then you find out the boy might be even more obsessed with her? It's a comedy involving nosebleeds and a perverted girl.
And then there is [m]Onii-Chan Control[/m], which a brother loves his sister so much, he collects all sorts of stuff about her in his apartment. But what happens when she comes to live with him?
