I don't mind romantic aspects but I prefer when the family/friends relations are the focus ^_^
shonen/shoujo ai are both okay

Usagi Drop - Reminded me of My Girl.
With the Light - About a mother raising an autistic child. Really touching.
Flat (Aogiri Natsu) - Lots of family love, but it's mostly about an indifferent teenager and a little boy he babysits. It's cute and sweet.
I know there are more, but for some reason they're not coming to me...

Edit - I didn't forget Yotsubato!, of course. The only reason I didn't mention it is because it's about a father and his adoptive daughter, not a family. But now that it has been suggested, I guess it wouldn't hurt to back it up. It is an absolutely lovely little story!

I saw your examples contains yaoi so my suggestion is Nobara (KUMOTA Haruko) ch. 1-3 + Extra. It is not as cute as Sorenari ni Shinken nandesu but it fits to your request.^^
