I've been wanting to pick back up some mangas on my unfinished list but I can't make up my mind. Most of them are on there cause I got board with them
BUT I'am pretty far in most of them..

Edit: After reading Toto's post, Oresama Teacher is also a good choice. And I wouldn't say avoid it like the plague (I personally liked the beginning!
), but like brigee88 said, it's crazy in the later volumes.

Penguin Revolution since it've actually ended (it was on my On Hold list for awhile too 
but I thought the ending was pretty satisfying) and Shinobi Life.

we have similar unfinished lists. I just started reading Akuma To Love Song, Oresama Teacher again.
Start and finish Koukou Debut and Karin.
I started Goong from the very beginning (didn't want to deal with the craziness in the later volumes)

Akuma to Love Song is the first one I would recommend.
And maybe Kyou, koi if you like bishies and don't mind cliche stories so much.
Why? thy're actually having a s*x scene in volume 23. I found it very thrilling . But it's maybe only for shoujo fans. I personally love the art and the comedy very much. I do agree that the story is very dragged, but 90% of the popular titles are like that.

Haven't read much from your list, but I personally like:

- Bokura ga Ita
- Koukou Debut
I understand how people would dislike the former two, but I actually love them.
I absolutely abhor Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu, however... please stay away...
