pretty much covered in the above.... kinda want to find something involving hacking, decent example is benny from black lagoon but i would prefer if they concentrated on the chars hacking quite a bit more than black lagoon does.

yeah it may be a bit difficult to find stuff not on my list xD, but on the off chance that someone else wants the same go ahead and rec them anyway. heck i'm actually considering rereading spice and wolf from the start now that i'm reminded of it ^_^

actually even in the breaker if you consider insane willpower as a skill it would work... i mean he was capable of making anyone fear him even though he had barely any strength in comparison.... not quite a standard situation

ocha nigosu is sorta like that as well... granted the dude is actually pretty violent(earned his rep) but just doesnt have bad intentions
