I am looking for a manga with a main character that is someone's "most important person". I want it to really show. I do NOT mean this in a romantic way. I do not mind what sort of relationship they have, as long as it is not like they are actually in love with each other. It could be about an adult that considers a kid to be their own child (RG Veda is a good example), two best friends who would do anything for each other, etc. If it is in someone's point of view (POV), please try to find some that are in the main character's (who is someone else's important person) POV, but it does not NEED to be. The person who consideres the main character an important person must also be a main character. I would prefer that they are male, but that, also, is not a necessity. Also, the people who consider the main character as very impotant does not have to be limited to only one person.

Kyon is the most important person to Haruhi in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Kyon's most important person is Haruhi. But it doesn't bluntly say that they are each other's most important person. It's not to an extreme of "OMFGGGGG I BLAH BLAH I R GUNNA DIE COS I R NO HAV TAT PRSON IN ME LYFE1!!1!!", but you can tell that they really do care for each other. And I suggest reading the Light Novel & watching the anime instead of reading the manga adaption(the manga is the worst imho)

The first title that came to mind was Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru. Everyone loves Yuki (the protagonist), which personally annoys me, but...

Golden Days

Gin no Yuusha and Teikoku Kyoudai, kind of.

And I suppose the relationship between the two MCs in Shirogane no Ou could be seen that way.

Seconding Black and White. I'm amazed I didn't think of it myself.

Thanks for the sugestions!! I have already heard of Count Cain, God Child, Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru, Golden Days, Gin no Yuusha, Shirogane no Ou, and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

I'm sure you've heard of my suggestions as well as they're all popular, but in case you or someone else hasn't considered that aspect of them, I'll go ahead and list them.

I was also going to suggest Cain. YUKI Kaori does this often, I think. You also have Dr. Jezebel Disraeli to Cassian in this manga. In Ludwig Kakumei, Ludwig is this to Wilhelm. In Angel Sanctuary, Setsuna to Kira, in both his present and past incarnations.

Fullmetal Alchemist - Ed and Al are each other's most important persons, and Mustang is Hawkeye's

Ouran High School Host Club - an important but not the main character, Tamaki is Kyouya's most important person.

Saiyuki - Sanzo is this to Goku. Gojyo wouldn't have any purpose without Hakkai, and Hakkai would be dead if it weren't for Gojyo.

Yupp, you were right! I have heard of pretty much all of those . They are actually my favorites (after Kuroshitsuji). The only one I haven't heard of was Ludwig Kakumei (though the name rings a bell...). I might try it out. Thank you!!

I have also heard of Kuroshitsuji (my current FAVORITE manga ), Hana no Kishi, and Kimi ga Uso o Tsuita. Wow I have heard of a lot of manga....
