I'd highly recommended Omae ga Sekai wo Kowashitai nara/Vampire Girl I'll add some more in a bit (with discriptions too 😀 )

Shin Angyo Onshi it has romance in it but it is not really fulfilled... sorta unrequited love... and it's not the necessarily the main part of the story (well, it sort of is and sort of isn't)

This one might not bee what your looking for but you might still like it... It's Shinigami no Ballad. The chapters are episodic or oneshot-esque. What this looks like (from what I've read so far) is that its about the encounters of a drop out Shinigami nicknamed Momo (#100100). There reall isn't much depth to this character so far... which means that the majority of the stories stem from the humans that she has meets and the love that they nurture though the chapter. Now, I have not read it all; so, I can't tell if it develops more then this choppy story line but try it and see, yeah?

Now, I would not touch that one with a ten foot pole 🤣 but a better version of that would be Saver, which has a more empowered female lead (you might argue that but I'll just use what's on face value here).

Trinity Blood maybe (that series is in my "On Hold" list and I need to reread it to see if it there is a decent romance in it but for now you might like it)

Maybe even The Record of a Fallen Vampire might do it's about what happens after love (the murder of one's lover). The basic premise is that the king of vampires seeks revenge for the murder of is "wife" and unborn child... and in so doing this he disowns his kingdom and is hunted... by both half breeds and humans via the curse of the black swan.
