I second Kaze Hikaru. I absolutely love everything about it. It's addictive.
And... I Hate You More Than Anyone is my #1 favourite manga as of late. The story is interesting and the characters are just awesome.
Kare Kano was one of my first shoujo manga, and one that I still really love years later.
Love Catalog is also really a lot of fun, with great (believable) characters and situations. This is the only one I've listed that isn't licensed, haha...

Bitter Virgin is good, and I am waiting for more releases of that, but my absolute favorite manga (other than Trigun, of course) is, without a doubt, Mirai Nikki. I am constantly re-reading all of the chapters, and constantly checking many places to see if a new chapter has been released. Great story, you should check it out if you haven't yet.

If i had to choose just one, it would have to be Berserk. Alot of stuff comes close but no other manga has ever given me that feeling of pure amazement I got when I read through it the first time.
