I don't know if you've read these since you don't have public lists

UxU
Sekirei
Love Hina
Kurohime
High School of the Dead
Rappi Rangai
Chobits (sort of fits)
Enchanter (have only read 1st volume but it might be good)

I second GTO and Elfen Lied since both are really awesome.

dance in the vampire bund - the plot has not completely developed as of where the scantilations are but has good potential
umisho
omamori himari
otomari honey
mahou sensei negima - but chances are that you have already read this
suzuka - but sorta like ichigo 100%
aflame inferno - has a legit plot and is not ecchi centered, just has lotsa fanservice

Talking about sticking to my head, I have to second Sekirei, not because it has a good storyline or something, but because of the huge water-filled balloon-like boobs and nosebleed on every page! The author has done all the cliches to the max. 🤣

These haven't been said yet, are ecchi, and have vaguely decent plots sometimes:

Aiki
Change 123
Himegami
Seikon no Quasar
Shina Dark
Zero In
: Your best bets have probably already been said though. I strongly second the following Kurohime, Highschool of the Dead, Aflame Inferno, Enchanter, and Dance in the Vampire Bund

The ones I LOVE

D-ASH
Mahou Sensei Negima!
Zero
Übel Blatt
GTO
Aiki

The ones I like

Ashita no Yoichi!
Immortal Regis
Oretama
Aflame Inferno
Ai Kora
Girls Saurus
Girls Saurus DX

and the list goes and goes...

as long as you don't look for Plain Ecchi/Comedy hybrids, you will find good plots (not to say that there won't be bad ones mixed as well)

For a manga to be good is got to be a Seinen, or more than 4 genres 🙄

Quote from Dr. Love

Mai-hime

I was thinking Mai-HiME, but I prefer the anime to the manga, since the manga came after and has a fairly different storyline.

I would say the same goes for WitchBlade and Mahou Sensei Negima and Ai Yori Aoshi, but I've only see the anime on those thus far.

Sometimes, Omamori Himari seems much more a hentai than a ecchi. And I know this, because i've been revising it here, to my scanlation(it's a brazilian one)

in response to kenjibik's comment, the artist of omamori himari has done a lot of hentai titles so im not surprised that it seems to kinda be a hentai.
i think he did palladium garden, but i honestly dont really read hentai.
and Chaoswind, i totally agree. Mahou Sensei Negima anime is without one of the shittiest.

High recommendation to Ai Yori Aoshi. Little ecchi, really funny, and an awesome story.
