But with a BOY who fall in love with a GIRL.
Not the reverse

A shojo.
No hentai, no ecchi.
But I do accept smut.
With good art, please xD

I want to see the story with the guy's point of view.
Or something similar to Bokura wa Itsumo.
When the point of view switch from the guy to the girl.
I want to see the guy trying to make the girl fall for him.

Matsuri special and cat street

Unless if you're talking about a manga, where the girl does not fall in love at all, that gets harder under the romance manga.

Yeah, Cat Street and Matsuri Special are two excellent manga that I deeply enjoyed and I highly recommend it. I also recommend Beauty Pop.
