I'm going to look into all of them. However, Lovely Complex will not do. I'm already reading it. In fact, it was the manga I had in mind when I set this up.

The guy from Do-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La-Si-Do gave me butterflies I think the couple is sweet but the manga takes a dark turn. I have to say this was the first manga where a guy gave me butterflies. Er well drawing of a guy xD...since he's not real

Haruyuki Bus - this is the sweetest manga out there.
Hadashi de Bara wo Fume
NG Life - not that sweet, but still good
Prunus Girl - absolutely recommend this one, even if it is a shounen romance.
Shikeisyu 042 - seinen here, but the first arc was really sweet

Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto

Miriam and its sequels
Vampire Juujikai - not too sweet, but still gave me butterflies.

Ai Hime a very sweet manga, I would also recommend anything by this author
