Just read the first volume of Itsuya-san and it gave off that Realismo Magico feel, so I felt that I want to review other such series that I read in the past and find some new ones.

What I mean by Realismo Magico is that the world is mostly normal (like ours) but there are some minor fantasy elements. Those can be normal part of the universe or they can be unnatural, but with no one paying attention to them or noticing them.

Another example that I can think of would be Tonari no Totoro and let's not forget Haibane Renmei

Don't want: shounen-ai, shujo-ai, hentai (like it would even make sense)

Preferably with : slice of life, romance

That's kind of a tough one... seems there's a very fine line to tread when categorizing a series as such...

Orange Marmalade might work. Features a world where vampirism is a widely accepted reality, but to be a vampire is pretty socially unacceptable...

Maybe Hikaru no Go? Although this case is not exactly no one noticing, but the supernatural element only appears to one person. Sket Dance also has some... weird stuff going on in a otherwise almost normal school life setting. Don't know if it's exactly what you want, though.

Taboo Tattoo i've only read the first 3 chapters and it seems to fit from what I understand and its an action series if you dont mind that

The dragon's seven adorable children-The first I thought of, though not the first story. The second story is an ordinary world but mermaids are common place.
The land is a garden in your pocket-mainly talking about the first story, normal world but large talking bug.
Miss Mayple's tea time-I suppose this may not work because past events and the name of the continents were different too. Though the only major difference is that there were robotic dolls that used to be weapons.
Children of the sea-Set in our world but bizarre happenings occur to do with the seas.
Bouken erekitetou-Normal apart from the existence of a floating island.
Omoide emanon-Mc has inherited memory and has been inherited all the way since the beginning of time.
Unmei no tori-A man can see birds of misfortune over people's heads.
Soratobi tamashii-They're all set in our world but I'm mainly thinking of the second and fourth stories.
Gunjou gakusha-The first and sixth stories fit in the first volume (Tale of tail and forest of wonder) and then the 1st story of the next volume (Nihon's crush.)
Miyori no mori-All normal apart from the spirits she can see.
Saint young men-Jesus and Buggha come down to earth for a holiday in Japan. Its very slice of life and they occasionally perform wonders both on purpose and by accident.
Pom the panda-
Mushishi-Normal but slightly set in the past but yokai exist.
Ōkami Kodomo no ame to yuki-werewolf attending university.
Livingstone-Fits into the unnoticed category, about two guys who go around collecting stones in people's souls? something like that...
Shinigami x doctor-normal society, set slightly in the future but these monstrous parasitic flowers exist.
Kizu (KIYOHARA Hiro)-One of the protagonists has the power to heal.
Bokura no kiseki-About a classroom of people that finds that they're reincarnated from a medieval castle which was wiped out due to an unknown reason. Though it isn't common place, and more mystery than slice of life, so may not fit what you're after.
Fushigi na shounen-About an immortal guy that flits through history, sometimes trying to interfere but mostly as an observer after meaningful answers to life's questions.
Mr. Morning-It's about life on an orient express type train but they use rainbow crystals to power the train, rather than steam.
Moyashimon-About a student that can see bacteria.
Youkai apato no yuuga na nichijou-present society, guy rents a room in an apartment filled with yokai.
Mugentou-About a little girl that has to move to a mysterious island cut off from the world due to its abundance and unusual qualities.
Billy bat-Normal apart from a time travelling bat...set in normal history's timeline.
Grainerie-maybe, about plant seeds holding powers and being illegal, etc. Though its hard to tell if that's just the main focus or if their world is all like that, making it possibly a bit more fantasy than what you're after.
