Hello. Im looking for a manga, possibly action that revolves around someone who is the last of a group/organization. People think they died out. A good example would be Avatar:TLA but its not a manga. Shin Angyo Onshi almost fits as well.

Crepuscule (Yamchi) - Kind of fits, Crepuscule is a world of monsters (vampires, zombies etc.) and the mc in this is human that manages to get to that world, most monsters in crepuscule have never encountered humans before (it is forbidden for them to go to human world).

Tail Star - MC and his tribe are a small group of people that are almost dying out since they have been hunted by the "evil queen".

Nemureru Hoshi - some supernatural phenomenon happens and the MC wakes up in the morning to discover everyone is sleeping and they won't get up. This is pretty funny, the mc is a bit timid but he is still funny anyway lol

Feng Shen Ji - too many spoilers if I explain what happens, but this is great manga and in full colour too. beautiful

One Piece One of the main leads is the sole survivor

Hunter x Hunter

3x3 Eyes The lead is the last of her group.
Magician (KIM Sarae) The female lead....

Kingdom has a few characetrs that are the last of various clans...not the main though.

It may not be what you're after but there's a last member of a group in 7 seeds that survived for ages without a single other human being.

I'm pretty sure that Shut hell is the last of her clan/city...

Akusaga fits wel though explaining how reveals too much of the story.

Amatsuki has a character thats like that, last of a special clan but it's not the main character.

Izayakaku mc is the last of a clan...(sort of...)

7 seeds is about chosen groups of people who are frozen in capsules to survive the disaster and wake up very far in the future. It's a shoujo themed manga so it's easy to read. (Highly rated)

Noru is by the same mangaka as Kisswood and great for a quick read. It's also a web comic so it's full color!

And as for ubel blatt it doesn't quite fit but it still gives off that feeling of 'lone survivor' so I third that. Also second magician.

I could add that the few leading immortal pure blood (vampires, ghost and werewolf)
are the last of their kinds because most of the population are short living hybrids
and occasional mutants with strange powers (the reason of the apparition of these is an important plot-point)
and the human is also a human-vampire hybrid and the only of his kind
