Mishounen Produce...? The Lawrence-y version of Kousei is pretty much like a gentleman [at least that's what Kako wants him to be like]

I second Ristorante Paradiso 😃

Eiri from A*D - Tenshi no Uso can count as a gentleman I think, but Force is the complete opposite, if that's okay 🤣

Rurouni Kenshin Kenshin is probably the most chivalrous, most genuinely kind man in the entirety of the manga world. He continually risks his life to help those who cannot help themselves, and although he fights, he refuses to kill or cause more pain than necessary. He's just great.

Kimi ga Uso o Tsuita This guy is really good as well, but not only is he good, he's also very prince-like, in that he doesn't engage in petty arguments, and he isn't judgmental.

Eden No Hana The male lead in this is also very kind and good, but more in a silly, boyish way. It's less the sense of the dashing prince, and more of, the innocent, kind young man, who acts silly to make other people feel better and is always concerned about others' emotions.

All three of these are really good manga, and I'd suggest them to anyone. With the last two, though, if you like one, you're likely to like them both, I feel . . .

Edit: You could also try Inuyasha, if you haven't read it yet. Similar to Dengeki Daisy, Inuyasha acts like he doesn't care, but he really does, and he always does the right thing in the end, helping people even if it risks his life.

By the way, Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji is like the exact opposite from what's-his-face from Dengeki Daisy. He acts to be the perfect gentlemen, and really, he is. Perfect that is. He always is very chivalrous and kindly towards the elderly, and he has perfect manners and etiquette. But inside he couldn't care less about other people; he views them as stupid, and he would kill one without batting an eyelash, if it came to that.

I've never seen this thread before! *immediately adds all manga recommendations to reading list

But to add to the list:
Manabe from Shuukatsu!! - Kimi ni Naitei
Nomiya, Takemoto and Mamiya from Honey and Clover
Kyo and technically several other males in the Sohma family from Fruits Basket

It may be a little too early for this but: The three soldiers assigned to work with the fox-demon ladies in Otome Youkai Zakuro...
Daichiki kind of fits for Usagi Drop -- but I haven't really seen him interact with a woman for romance yet, so...

I totally second Claudio from Ristorante Paradiso
and Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club even if he is an idiot 😛
and many others mentioned on this thread but I've already forgotten...

Just a little thread revival.. c:

I think these fit, but it's up to you to decide:
Apothecarius Argentum: Argent? Maybe..
Ludwig Kakumei: Will. Well, maybe when he was young.. I haven't gotten far enough to see his character as he's older.
And have you read Heptagon? Hiraoka is a pretty good guy.

Edit: Just thought I'd add Shiroi Mado no Mukougawa.

I would say the oboe guy from Nodame Cantabile. People call him samurai. lol
Also seconding or thirding Otomen. Asuka rocks!

Kaname from Vampire Knight. But I think most of us probably have read it
Orange Chocolate

And also Koucha Ouji. The Earl Grey prince

Alexandrite: Alex is such a sweetie... and a perfect gentleman who won't take advantage from an unconcious woman. lol

Kiss and anything by the same author like Beauty is the Beast

Chizumi and Fujiomi: Fujiomi is very protective towards Chizumi and always very gentle to her

Four Daughters of Armian: there are two guys that I have in mind. The guy that the second princess love, the guy with blonde wavy hair who help the fourth princess (I think his name is Michael). Even when he got a chance to the see the naked fourth princess body, he turned around and reminded her that she's a woman (if I'm not mistaken). He's awesome...Anyhow, this manga is epic so sorry if I get too excited and ramble on...

Mako from W Juliet

Penguin prince but the prince has a secret too

Promise (SUETSUGU Yuki)

The Rose of Versailles: except Oscar is a woman.... too bad. The world could use someone like him (or her). It's like the more gentle version of Kenshin at Rurouni Kenshin

if you're into prince-like guy, refer to no other than Candy Candy's Anthony 😀

Is it just me who thinks Mamoru from Sailormoon is actually an okay guy? lol XD

Kaname from Vampire Knight. But I think most of us probably have read it

Kaname is aristocratic and elegant, but he is no gentleman as tartufo defined it. His moral failings are severe (he has amassed a huge body count in the manga), he doesn't care very much for others (apart from Yuuki), and he dictated how Yuuki should dress and wear her hair (in addition to keeping her locked up for a year). So he's not morally responsible, not compassionate towards elders and those in need, and isn't respectful towards women. Kaien Cross is a much better example of a gentleman from that series.

Anyway, the male lead in Bitter Virgin is definitely a gentleman, as is the lead of ZIG☆ZAG (he's kinda feminine like Asuka from Otomen), and also the lead of Oto x Maho (another feminine guy).

ETA: The male lead in Superior. Forgot about him.

Yep, definitely. He's so polite (not to mention incredibly good-looking ^^) that all the girls he meets wind up developing crushes on him 🤣 But don't get the wrong idea - Trinity Blood is definitely not a dumb harem-y romantic comedy!
