Black Cat - For the anime, the characters were redesigned to be super-bishounen to pull in more female viewers. Add that to the ridiculously homoerotic relationship between the protagonist and the antagonist and you've got a shounen that seems to be rather more popular with girls.
Kimi to Boku - All the bishounen types to fill a well-stocked harem.
Mahou Shounen Majorian - The fact that it's marked as "shotacon" but not any other genre that would denote a shotacon relationship should tip you off. The boys are just that cute.
Mousou Shoujo Otakukei - A shoujo-ish art style and boys that resemble typical shoujo bishounen.
No Bra - Another shounen with a crossdressing boy.
Orphen - I liked the main when I was around eleven, but he's really just a typical shounen lead. His cute uke sidekick Majik, though, fits the bill.
Neji to Lantern - A handsome butler.
Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei - The definitive megane bishounen. And he rocks that hakama.
Terra e... - It's by Keiko Takemiya, so of course all the males are ridiculously pretty!
Yotsubato! - I rather like Yanda and Koiwai (in bed).
Sangatsu no Lion's lead is another cute megane bishounen.
And my own, already mentioned favorites:
Oh lordie, I agree with The Medicine Seller of Mononoke. Only time I've ever actually been attracted to a drawing was during those twelve blissful episodes. He gave me a kitsune mask fetish, I think.
And, well, I've always had heart-flutters for Ginko from Mushishi and Spike from Cowboy Bebop, but neither of them could really be called bishounen. Well, Spike might be.
Oh hey, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought the main of Homunculus was hot!
