Hello, I'm always reading the typical male lead domination mangas, so now I want something a bit more atypical. I want the lead to be female, not as a support character for the male but a lead that the story revolves around. When I say strong, I don't mean emotionally but physically, unique power, smart, etc. But I don't want the typical heroine that has a special ability but is completely weak and has no idea on how to use it. And as the title suggests, No Shoujo
Examples
Chouka Kou
Saver (Although its shoujo but its enjoyable for both sexes)

7 Seeds(she and the other women grow into survivors), Appleseed,
Black Lagoon, Blood+(watch the + anime only instead), Claymore,
Dorohedoro (she leads half the time ), Happy!(pro-sports is hard),
Liar Game(clever), Kaze Hikaru, Moon(pro dancing is demanding),
Otoyomegatari(who is the lead ?), Paprika(watch the film and is she the lead ?),
Ran to Haiiro no Sekai, RideBack(the untranslated parts are great ,
R.O.D - Read or Die(read onyl Vol.1 and then the anime´s await), Soul Eater or Yawara! ?
Or the Ghost in the Shell anime´s(the original manga´s are not the best).
And jedinat´s stuff. Gunnm 2 remade that ending too and people bitched again .
Male Demographic with Female Lead and Strong Female Lead are your friend.

Hmmm I read most of them, but I see some new ones, I'll definitely try them.

Are you strictly not looking for shoujo, or do you not mind as long as the manga is not as focused on romance and cutesy/fluffy themes? But since you don't mind Saver, I'm guessing it's the latter?
If so, try Change 123, W Change!! , Elfen Lied and Nononono; seconding Claymore with an almost completely female cast. There's Medaka Box if you aren't fussy, and Binbougami ga! for comedy.
Basara and Tokyo Crazy Paradise are shoujo, but it's too good to skip over.
If you don't mind something more episodic, try 9 banme no Musashi. I'm not really sure about the demographic, though.
There's a little something special available if you don't mind giant girls, Super Dreadnought Girl 4946 is an amazing read.
Ignoring the ending, Kurohime is the perfect woman.
If you don't mind dual protagonist with the male leading, Rosario + Vampire II is too good for me to keep quiet about it. But you have to read the prequel which is kind of episodic.

have you read Song of the Long March? this one is one of the most amazing stories i have ever read, and most of the reason is because of the MC who is female. and as a plus the art is beautiful!
there is also Superior and its squeal you can try if you have not read them where the female lead is the demon lord and is all powerful.
and maybe Shuumatsu no Laughter it might not really be what your looking for because it has a male MC but in the end you find out that the one the story is about is actually his sister and shes the one with the powers.

You meant in In Full Bloom (YON Jae-Won) cuz you linked to (rape)porn tlly it seems .
@Baniita KLK(6/10) is so flawed in the female character strength department so i would recommend Gunbuster(10/10) or Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water(skip the non canon filler at all cost) if you wan´t to go "gainax". But DRR shure. That author is great all around.
Can i recommend All Rounder Meguru. The women are leads a lot and are some of the best seinen ever saw.

...the title is a bit of a poor choice in wording. I know what you mean, though. There's a bit of stigma associated with "strong female characters" in that many people think that should only mean "masculine, strong women that go around saying 'lol you hit like a girl'". I sincerely hope that you're with the faction that also acknowledges that there's more to strong female characters.
If this weren't only a manga req, I'd immediately recommend "Strong Female Character", but that's a webcomic. (And Legend of Korra, but that's a western animation.)
BUT, since this is manga, I'm seconding Shut Hell. Kill la Kill (heavily flawed, but has its good points; anime is probably better). Durarara!! technically counts, as Celty may be physically strong, but her personality is completely normal even though she's not human (and all the rest of the humans are really screwed up).
I also second Tokyo Crazy Paradise--trust me, that manga isn't a typical shoujo (though it is in art style)--that's one of the best yakuza manga I've ever read. The art in the beginning is poor and very old, but once you get past it, you get to witness the
Though the protagonist of Mirai Nikki is technically a guy, the MC is a total coward and a weakling. The story revolves around Yuno much more, and she isn't just support (telling you more would mean spoilers)--she's physically strong, and in her words, she's "only good at killing people"--the textbook definition of yandere, and the best there is. I think you'd enjoy it. (The anime is loads better, though. The manga art is poor.)
Blood+ would be an obvious one, I think.
And then there's the entire tag for that here with exclusions.

Try Kubera, the mc is physically strong and always growing, and another main female character is really good at magic.

Definitely check out Dorohedoro as residentgrigo recommended.
For me, Murcielago comes to mind instantly. It's kind of wacky, but nonetheless, I like it for the quirky + dark humor all the characters have to offer. That, and how I've never seen a protagonist like her before.
I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Arachnid at all. It technically does fit the bill for having a "strong" female lead, but I really wouldn't call her "smart" outside of the action she's forced to engage in. It's mostly just insect/arachnid-themed assassins fighting it out in shounen-style battles, all while taking place in a high school during the day. Someone else may recommend it, but I'd say you're better off skipping it.
