I know the title is a bit vague.. anyway, im looking for a manga where the main character (or one of) is transformed into something else, obviously the genre super-natural comes to mind.
As an example, Rosario+Vampire would be the first that comes to mind, preferably something with more of a solid plot though :]
Also... no hentai/smut.

Aflame Inferno main character becomes possessed by demon.
If you like horror Parasyte though he doesn't exactly changes race
Immortal Regis main char becomes undead
maybe Princess Resurrection and
Sankarea may fit here

Transformation stories are my favorite. 
You should check out the novel Tinker. I think you might like it.
As to manga... I want to say Hellsing, but Seras' transformation is just not explored enough for my taste.. There's Kashimashi where the protagonist is turned into a girl, and along that vein the classic Ranma 1/2 with it's constant water-related shenanigans.

whenever you say transform..could it be like a devil but loses his powers..then maybe has to drink something to get it back? if yes then i suggest DEFENSE DEVIL, it has a pretty good story plot and art and action in IMO. arago and ao no excorcist are one, they're both pretty good too.
